Returning an Item

We accept returns for unused products in original product packaging within 30 days from receiving your order. In order to return your item, click here to open our returns portal. Simply follow the steps on the screen, print your return label, and prepare your return, please see packaging instructions below. 

Refunds

Once your return has been safely received and accepted, a refund for the original cost of products will be refunded, this does not include shipping.  Cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Refund will apply to the original form of payment and can take up to 14 business days to show up on your bank statement. Should your item not be eligible for a return due to used condition, we will contact you via email.

Items Not Eligible to Return

Unfortunately we can not accept returns for Gift Cards or sale/clearance items.

Packaging a Return

In the event that you have thrown away your shipping packaging, please note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging. We recommend that you safely pad and package items with an abundance of precaution as porcelain is a fragile material.  Materials like wadded newsprint, kraft paper, or other dense papers can be used to fill the void around the product box within the shipping box.  The product box should be fully suspended within the void fill and not touch the wall of the shipping box directly.  Lark is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.  Should a return item break in transit, a refund to the customer will be applied as long as shipping insurance will accept the claim.  Claims are approved based on the way a fragile item was packed and shipped.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time. Please follow the above instructions to return your item and we recommend creating a new order within our shop for the item/s you'd like to purchase.

Order Arrived Broken or Defective

If your new item arrived defective or damaged, please contact our customer service within 5 business days of receipt so that we can make it right. Please keep the broken product, original product packaging, and shipping packaging as we will likely need photos to help us process the replacement.
