Oven Use & Care

This Plate can be used in the oven up to 450°. We recommend avoiding direct heat from a flame broiler or stove-top.  Shocking from one temperature to another may be harmful for the wares. To decrease the risk of shocking, preheat the ware with the oven if it’s cold from a refrigerator or freezer; allow the wares to cool before placing in cold water.  Clean with mild detergents and non-abrasive cleaning tools.
